[Clothing]  Loose fitting green shirt with a ying/yang symbol on it, black scarf, black poofy pants *SHOT* Often wearing Chinese styled clothing or dark green button up shirts and black pants if more modern. 


[Personality]He's disturbingly carefree at times. It's hard to picture him actually being serious which makes it even scarier when he goes intimidating. He enjoys cooking and sometimes acts like a parent with his overprotective cautiousness. 


[History] Shino was born to Daiyu Zhao (mother) and Kiba Verde (father). His father was a descendant of the "Dragon Taming Clan" which was a sub-clan of the whole Hebi Village. The Dragon Tamers had almost been wiped out by the Hebi Sages when they attempted to take over the village. They didn't die without a fight- taking along all of the sages and sealing the village so that no more could ever rise to the rank of "Sage". So a few Dragon tamers escaped, some were hunted and killed- further shrinking their already few numbers. This was over 500 yrs from the present day.
Shino's bloodline mostly consisted of dragon tamers who clung to each other to keep the blood line going. His father however fell in love with a woman in China which led him to settle down. Shino had many younger siblings to look after and quiet days had at last arrived.

But his blood was not silent. From a young age, Shino was targeted by demons for his youkai blood. He was a nice meal to the full fledged beings that were not humanoid but lost to their demonic selves. Shino's father usually scared them off with his presence but one day the young boy found himself alone and chased by a large beast that leaked black aura and smelled of rotting flesh. He managed to scramble into a shrine, hugging his knees as he heard the demon crashing against the shrine's barrier until dawn when his father came in search of him.

His father started teaching him about the dragon taming practices since he was 5 yrs old- Shino being the oldest- not planning to have the other siblings even involved with the past since demons weren't at all drawn to them.. That is until he turned 11 yrs old. Shino returned from school one day after having picked up his siblings, cooked and helped them with their homework as they waited for their parents to return. After it became late Shino started to worry and stayed up after having put his siblings to rest. When he heard the door open and rushed to it in hopes of seeing his parents he only found a young red headed male. Kaji Shinjitsu. Shino's siblings would wake the next day with 3 less family members.
Shino from then on was kept in Kaji's estate- trained to become the perfect "Vesse"l for Kaji who looked ahead for the day that he would outlive his body. Shino's memories altered- he was sure that his entire family had been killed in a fire and that Kaji had saved him and taken him in.

His vessel partner was a Lycan, Lacry Knight. Their respective elements being wind and lightning. Shino's strikes and speed  were enhanced with the use of wind. As the older vessels- they would constantly train all out against one another with their violent attacks and earned the nickname of the Storm Duo from the other 8 vessels. Dealing with Lacry's lightning attacks later turned into being able to absorb her attacks- later to the point he would ingest them as his own energy. This later came in handy when facing off against fire wielders like Rioshi or Leo. The opponents found themselves at a loss when long range fights turned into Shino sending their attacks right back at them- then him getting too close range and having his hand to hand combat to deal with. 

It wouldn't be until he was 18 that he would regain his memories and leave the Estate thanks to the help of other Vessels and some new friends- one of which he quickly grew fond of and slowly fell in love with. To make a clean break with Kaji, Shino decided that he would only rely on his own power and made it so Elody would help him rid of the wind element. Not like he ever practiced much with it anyhow. His pride was always keeping him from relying on the skill that was never his to begin with.
Shino currently lives in Monstrous City with his girlfriend and visits his younger siblings in China (who ended up moving in with an aunt on his mother's side) from time to time.
The peaceful days have returned. Like any good snake, he's found himself in mischievous situations that are hard to imagine coming from the young man that normally wears a smile.

Due to bloodline- Shino was sought out by the Hebi clan sage by order of the Head Serpiente to come to the Hebi clan as means to bring back the dragon tamer lineage that originated there. After Serpiente's supposed death, Shino and Symone found themselves pushed into the roles of Heads of the Hebi clan. All eyes are on them but things seem to go smoothly- especially with Shino's feat of taming the "Glass Dragons" that were locked away in the household but now fly through the Hebi Sky. With the dragon's abilities enhancing the amount of sunlight reaching the village of snakes- activity was no longer limited to sunset. Shino's generous wife (married as of 10/31/2014) wins the hearts of poor villagers with her trips to feed the poor children.

War was avoided with the Tengu due to their past friendship with the Tengu Head. Dryad Trade ceased due to the forest's burning. The hebi has shifted towards agriculture with the help of it's heads and their connections. 

There are struggles but the future seems bright with a child in the horizon.

[Powers]
Able to create seals (magic- binding ones) which he uses to capture, store and tame dragons/ snakes with.

Able to absorb and redirect violent energy radiating forces such as lightning, fire and wind. (he Learned this while training with his vessel partner- Lacry. The duo referred to as the Storm vessels and constantly hashing out violent attacks they they eventually learned to redirect from each other after 4 years of practice.)
Able to summon and fuse with his tamed dragons. The entails the tamer and the dragon joining into one body. The physical aspects such as height and body type change depending on the dragon, powers that belonged to the dragon are now at the tamer's disposal. The stronger will takes control of the body. If the dragon has the stronger will- Shino will be left vulnerable in a paralyzed state for 24 hours after the fusion ends.

[Skill Set]
Amazing cook, his style ranging from traditional Chinese meals to Italian. 
Excellent at deceiving people/ acting (Cross dressing/ cosplaying/ he'll totally hide his true self with ease)
Can hold is breath for a long time. 
Can see the the bright side to most situations. 

[Strengths]
Physical strength and endurance is incredible due to training and bloodline (hebi clan). Has good endurance against heat and sharp objects (this is needed to be a dragon tamer).
 Immunity to poisons. Though he does not retain fangs that should have come with being a Hebi, the centuries of dealing with poisons previous generations dealt with leave him with a body fit for dealing with most venoms and poisons. Unless they're for example new/ created/ not of this world. 
He has a strong gut. Nothing eaten will upset him (i mean bombs would but-SHOT). This helps with the ingestion of violent energies (fire, etc, etc,).
[Weaknesses] 
Can't defend against magical attacks 
Can't defend against ranged attacks.
He doesn't deal well with cold environments/ ice related attacks.
